International Music festival generated tourism and regional development through destination marketing
The discussion will ask why festivals are supported in the context of tourism andregional development. What do we actually want them to bring to the city and theregion and how to evaluate the benefits. We will present how music festivals work inthe context of thelocal economy and tourism development in Lieverpool. We willdiscuss how Brno is using the music platform to build its brand.
