FAQ

How do I buy a ticket?

Tickets are available online via our Nfctron ticketing system. After payment, your ticket will be delivered to your email and will also be saved in the Nfctron app (if you use it).
If anything is unclear, please contact us at vstupenky@popmesse.cz.

I didn’t receive the ticket email / I accidentally deleted it. What should I do?

Check your Spam and Promotions/Bulk folders. If you still can’t find the email, write to vstupenky@popmesse.cz and include:

the name on the order
the email used for purchase
ideally also proof/confirmation of payment.
We’ll locate the ticket and resend it.

I bought a presale ticket, but I can’t see it in the Nfctron app anymore.

Try logging out of the app and logging back in with the same email you used for purchase. If the ticket still doesn’t appear, email us with payment confirmation—we’ll pair the ticket again or resend it by email.

Can I buy tickets on an invoice for a company / organisation?

Yes. Email vstupenky@popmesse.cz with the number of tickets, billing details, and a contact person. We’ll send you a proforma invoice, and once paid you’ll receive the tickets electronically.

I need to change my ticket to a different day — is that possible?

As a standard rule, we don’t exchange tickets. However, if you want to upgrade (e.g. from a one-day to a multi-day ticket), email vstupenky@popmesse.cz—we’ll try to find a solution (paying the difference, a special exchange, etc.).

I can’t make it. Can I get a refund

We don’t normally offer refunds for purchased tickets (except in cases where the event is cancelled). You can, however, gift or resell your ticket to someone else.

Does the name on the ticket matter? Can someone else use it?

Yes, the ticket includes a name, but we do not systematically check IDs at all entrances. What matters is a valid QR code / chip. In case of suspected misuse, we may require ID verification. Ticket transfers to another person are handled by Nfctron in their app.

How does the chip / cashless system work and how do I activate it?

On your first entry to the venue, we’ll put a chip wristband on you at the box office or cashless point. You can top it up:

online before the festival when purchasing the ticket,
on-site with cash / card.
You then use the chip for all payments inside the venue.

Do you offer discounted tickets for PWD / PWD-C?

Yes, we offer discounted admission for PWD and PWD-C card holders. Detailed conditions and prices can be found on the NFCtron site.

Can I buy a PWD / PWD-C ticket for just one day?

Yes, one-day PWD / PWD-C tickets are available. In our ticketing system you’ll always see which PWD ticket types are currently available.

Does a PWD-C get in for free?

With a PWD‑C ticket, one accompanying person gets a 50% discount on admission, the same as the cardholder.

Is the venue accessible (step-free / wheelchair friendly)?

Yes. The main routes around the venue are barrier-free. Some areas have limited access, but our staff and security are ready to help.

Can I enter the venue on crutches / with a brace?

Yes—crutches are not a problem. If you need special support (e.g. access to designated seating areas), please message us in advance.

Can I bring a foldable camping chair due to a health condition?

For safety reasons, we generally don’t allow larger chairs or armchairs in the tightly packed area in front of the stage. However, we can make exceptions for medical reasons—please contact us in advance (ideally with your ticket number) and we’ll agree on the specific rules and the zone where the chair will be allowed.

Can I bring water into the venue?

You can bring water, but for safety reasons not in a plastic bottle. Reusable bottles (bidons) or thermos flasks are allowed. Free drinking water will be available on site from water tanks.

Can I bring a dog into the venue?

Yes, dogs are allowed in the venue—but please consider whether this type of event is suitable for your dog.

Accommodation

Is there a campsite right next to the festival?

We do not plan to set up a campsite for 2025. As a cheaper accommodation option, we will arrange limited accommodation capacity in advance.

How do I return a cup and where do I get my deposit back?

Deposit cups can be returned at marked return points / bars. The refunded amount will be credited to your festival chip. We do not pay refunds in cash directly at the bar—everything is handled via the chip to keep the system clear and fast.

I can’t see the refund for returned cups / drinks.

Check your chip balance in the app or at a cashless point. If the amount is missing, email us your wristband number / chip ID and when and where you returned the cups. We’ll investigate and correct any error.

How do I get my remaining chip balance refunded after the festival?

Po skončení festivalu si v aplikaci NFCtron zažádáte o refund. Zadáte číslo náramku a bankovní účet / kartu, na kterou chcete peníze poslat. Lhůtu a přesný postup vždy zveřejníme v sekci Cashless / Refund po festivalu.

Can I get unused chip money back in cash on site?

As standard, we refund balances online after the festival only. Any exceptions (e.g. for international visitors without a CZ/SK account) will be listed in the edition-specific instructions.

Are tickets refunded if the event is cancelled or changes significantly?

Yes. If the festival is cancelled or undergoes a major change (e.g. postponed to another year), we will proceed according to the applicable terms and conditions. All options (refund, ticket transfer to a new date, etc.) will be clearly described on the website and sent by email.

What about refunding my ticket before the event if I can’t attend?

If you can’t make it, tickets are not refundable as standard. We recommend gifting or reselling your ticket to someone else. Any possible exceptions (e.g. ticket insurance) will be stated for the specific ticket type.

Where can I report lost or found items during the festival

Directly on site at the Info Point / Lost & Found, which is marked on the festival map. Our staff will help you file a lost-item report and will check whether the item has already been found.

Who should I contact after the festival if I realise something is missing?

After the festival, we move all lost & found items to e.g. our office. The contact email, address, and the period we store items for will be published in the Lost & Found section on our website after the edition ends.
