Just like Weval aren’t afraid to marry dance electronics with introspective moments and traces of experimental pop. With roots in film, imagination and a feel for bold atmospheres come naturally to them. So it makes perfect sense that their music has appeared in series like Good Girls and Spectrum. On their current album CHOROPHOBIA, the duo Harm Coolen and Merijn Scholte Albers find themselves in their most club-ready mode yet. That’s a good thing.
