The first track on their debut album might be called Decomposing, but the band Ida the Young could not be further from any stage of decay.
They have a couple of EPs behind them, nearly two hundred concerts, and now nominations for pretty much all the major local music awards (except Žebřík) — Vinyla, Apollo, and Anděl. They love indie rock and vegan dinosaur-shaped candy. Tell Me When You Pass The Sun, they say, in the name of their current record. It was recorded in Brno with Julian from the band Nichi Mlebom — the blazing-sun relay has been passed on.
